Capital Calibrations provides mobile ADAS calibration and diagnostic services to collision repair facilities throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our mobile setup allows shops to complete required safety system calibrations quickly and efficiently without transporting vehicles offsite.

ADAS System Calibration

Calibration of vehicle safety systems such as forward-facing cameras, radar sensors, and driver-assistance technologies following collision repairs. Ensures features like lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking operate according to manufacturer specifications.

Pre/Post Repair Scanning

A full vehicle system scan performed before repairs begin and after they are completed. Identifies diagnostic trouble codes and ADAS faults so repair facilities understand what systems may require calibration and are functioning properly afterwards with no fault codes.

Forward Camera and Radar Sensor Calibrations

Recalibration of windshield-mounted cameras responsible for features such as lane keeping assistance, traffic sign recognition, and forward collision warning. Calibration of front and rear radar sensors used in adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and automatic emergency braking systems.

Blind Spot and Parking & Surround Camera Calibration

Alignment and calibration of rear radar sensors to ensure accurate detection of vehicles in adjacent lanes. Calibration of multi-camera systems used for 360° views, parking assistance, and obstacle detection.

Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics

Electronic diagnostics using Autel professional scan tool to identify faults within ADAS systems, control modules, and vehicle communication networks. Detailed reports provided for repair facilities and insurance confirming that calibrations were completed according to manufacturer procedures.

ALIGNMENT VERIFICATION

Using 3D cameras and optical targets to verify a vehicle’s alignment—specifically the thrust angle—within OEM specifications before starting ADAS calibration. Verifying wheel alignment before completing calibration is necessary and is included with each of our calibrations.
